
Product updates March 2026
March was all about ease of use. Not the big, headline features, but the improvements that make your day-to-day work just a little smoother. Fewer clicks, less time spent thinking about things we can figure out for you, and more confidence that everything is working as it should. That's the common thread running through the four updates we rolled out this month.

More insight into newsletter sending
From now on, a banner automatically appears in your newsletter overview as soon as a newsletter is being sent or has been scheduled. You can see the progress straight away, no need to go looking for it. During an A/B test, you can see which phase is active: collecting test results or sending the winning variant. Once the newsletter has been sent in full, the banner disappears on its own.

A redesigned layout for flows
Building flows has been redesigned. You now edit your entire customer journey in one clear screen, with settings opening neatly on the side. Only the email editor still opens in a full screen.
The "Condition" node is now called "True/False", which makes it immediately clear that you're creating a split. A new toggle in the top left lets you switch effortlessly between build mode and the live results of your flow, including the number of profiles that match your starting condition.
This redesign also lays the groundwork for new features coming down the line, such as new actions and automatically tagging profiles.

Automatically scaled product images
Product images are automatically synced from your webshop, but not every product shares the same aspect ratio. This led to emails with images of unequal sizes, which can look messy.
Reloadify now scales product images automatically. All images get the same dimensions. Any remaining space is filled with a white background, fully in line with the standard used by Google Shopping, and one that blends in seamlessly with the white background of most emails. Read more
Using AI to determine the optimal send time for your newsletter
When do you send a newsletter? For many shops, that's a recurring question, especially when you're sending multiple a week.
From now on, Reloadify calculates that for you. Turn on "Optimize send time" when setting up your newsletter and choose your metric: opens, clicks, bounces, drops or spam reports. Reloadify analyses your previously sent newsletters and picks the time of day when your sends have historically performed best.
Good to know: once you turn this on, you can no longer schedule the newsletter manually. That would override the calculation. The optimal time could be right away, but it could also be up to 23 hours later. The setting also works in combination with staggered sending and A/B testing. Read more
