Reloadify?
Reloadify develops and provides CRM (customer relationship management) software to online shops. We help more than 700 online shops worldwide communicate effectively with their customers. Reloadify provides the software, as well as the practical support needed to start successfully and get more return from the existing customer base.
Personal data we process
When a Reloadify customer enters into an agreement with us, we process the following data from his or her web shop customer base:

- Address and city
- E-mail address
- Gender

- Contact history
- Interests
- Surfing behaviour
- IP address, social profile

- Product and transaction data from our customers
Why we process this data
We use this data to allow our customers to communicate personally at scale. For example, to send personalized emails relevant to you. We use your information to inform you about products related to previous purchases you have made at a webshop.
How long do we store personal data?
Reloadify does not store personal data longer than strictly necessary.
Modify or delete data?
Reloadify is the processing party of an affiliated webshop and synchronizes data of our customers on a constant basis. As a result, it is not possible to change or delete data directly with us, as it will be back on
