Product updates June 2026
A program that corrects itself, a widget that speaks your language, and a dashboard that shows you exactly who your customers are. Those are this month's updates. Loyalty has received three improvements and segments now has its own dashboard. Small in scope, big in daily use.
In a nutshell
- Loyalty: tiers, automatic point correction on returns, and full language settings for the widget
- Segments: dashboard per segment
Loyalty: tiers, return correction, and language settings
The Reloadify Loyalty program has received three updates that together do one thing: the program works more accurately and looks more professional to your customers.
Tiers
You can now set up tiers in your loyalty program, similar to Bronze, Silver, and Gold, but fully customizable in name and structure. Customers automatically move up to a higher tier once they've earned enough points. For each tier, you set the threshold, the associated benefits, and optionally a reward that customers receive the moment they reach that tier.
The idea behind tiers is simple: customers who are close to the next tier spend more to get there. And customers at a higher tier want to maintain their status. That drives both higher order frequency and higher order values, without you having to do anything.

Automatic point correction on returns
Until now, you had to manually adjust points when a customer made a return. That's no longer the case. Reloadify now corrects points automatically, both for partial and full returns. The correction is immediately visible in the Loyalty activities of the profile.
Full language settings for the widget
The texts in the Loyalty widget are now fully customizable per language. Under Advanced settings, you'll find a text field for every screen in the widget. Leave a field empty and the widget automatically shows the default text. The settings apply per language linked to your webshop, so shops active in multiple languages can choose their own wording for each.
Segments: dashboard per segment
Every segment now has its own dashboard. You see at a glance the revenue, open rate, click rate, average order value, number of orders, and number of emails sent for the profiles currently in that segment. Use the date picker to adjust the period, for example the last 30 or 90 days.
Good to know: the dashboard always shows statistics for the profiles currently active in the segment. Profiles that were in the segment previously but have since left are not included.

Try it yourself
Tiers give your loyalty program more depth. Automatic point correction ensures your program is always accurate, even after a return. Language settings give you full control over what your customers see. And the segment dashboard gives you direct insight into who your customers are and how they behave.
