What is Bluebarry?

Bluebarry is a tool that lets webshops build an interactive product finder. Visitors answer a series of questions and receive a personalised product recommendation based on their answers. No endless scrolling, no choice paralysis. Just: 'this is the right fit for you'.

The numbers speak for themselves: Bluebarry achieves a completion rate of over 90% and a conversion rate of 12 to 18% on completed quiz sessions. The quiz works. The problem has always been what comes after.

What does the integration do?

From now on, quiz answers and product recommendations are automatically sent to Reloadify and stored as profile data. Every visitor who completes the Bluebarry quiz becomes a deeply segmented profile, ready to follow up on.

In practice, that means:

Quiz answers as profile attributes. Think of fields like "What type of bike are you looking for?" or "What is your budget?". Those answers are immediately available for segmentation in Reloadify, without manual exports or technical intervention.

Product recommendations in your emails. The products Bluebarry recommended to a specific customer can be displayed dynamically in a follow-up email. Not a generic newsletter, but an email featuring the exact products that suit that particular person.

Segmenting on quiz behaviour. Filter on customers who received a recommendation in the past 30 days, or who were shown more than two product options. This lets you build targeted campaigns based on real purchase intent.

Bluebarry gets to know your customer. Reloadify takes it from there.

How do you set it up?

One click. In Reloadify, go to Settings → Integrations → Data Sources → Bluebarry and click Connect. The integration runs via OAuth — no API keys or technical knowledge required. Reloadify automatically registers a webhook with Bluebarry and the data starts flowing immediately.

Who is this for?

Any webshop with a medium to large catalogue where choice paralysis plays a role. Think bikes, sports nutrition, cosmetics, electronics or home furnishings.
