Marlijn

Originally from Broekhuizen, now living in Groningen, she’s now an expert at keeping customers on board for just as long as her most ambitious crochet projects (spoiler: they last for years). Marlijn is no longer just the backbone of the support team; as our brand-new Customer Success Manager, she’s taking customer retention to a strategic level.
She lives with her boyfriend Tim and their cat Molly, who still has a full-time job as a ‘keyboard occupier’.
With her collection of tattoos and piercings, she’s a colourful presence in the office, but make no mistake about her focus.
